With more than 20 years of property management leadership experience, Valencia S. Burney founded VSB Management LLC to provide property owners with professional, results-driven management services backed by enterprise-level expertise and personalized attention.
Before launching VSB Management LLC, Valencia held senior leadership roles overseeing multifamily portfolios, operations, compliance, financial performance, and resident experience across both market-rate and affordable housing communities.
Her expertise includes LIHTC, Section 8/HCV, HUD-regulated housing, and conventional multifamily management, with a strong focus on operational excellence, asset preservation, and resident satisfaction.
Valencia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is HUD Certified in Subsidized Multifamily Housing.
